Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of
Principal Officers.
On March 8, 2007, Mr. Craig Chambliss resigned from his position as Vice President, Sales and
Marketing, of Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the Company). Pursuant to Mr. Chambliss employment
letter, the Company is obligated to pay Mr. Chambliss current salary and health insurance benefits
for a period of six (6) months following the date of his resignation.
